Travel Insurance

We recommend that all clients have travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Accessibility

Our tours are not wheelchair accessible. Most travelers can participate in our tours, but please consider any personal limitations when booking.

Weather Policy

Our experiences require good weather. If a tour is canceled due to poor weather conditions, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.

Age Restrictions & Discounts

Infants (3 years old or younger): Travel free of charge.

Children (ages 4-12): Receive discounted rate.

For groups larger than six, please contact us in advance to ensure we have a vehicle available for your tour.

Cleaning Protocols

All vehicles undergo a full hard surface disinfection before each trip. Additionally, all vehicles are equipped with hand-sanitizing products for passenger use.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled activity. To cancel your booking, please send an email.

Waiver and Release of Liability:

By using Bainbridge Adventures’ services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in outdoor and adventure activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, weather conditions, terrain, wildlife, physical exertion, and other unforeseen hazards. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by you as a result of participating in these activities, whether caused by the negligence of Bainbridge Adventures or otherwise.
2. Release and Waiver: You release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Bainbridge Adventures, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or to any property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, while participating in activities or while in, on, or upon the premises where the activities are being conducted.
3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to your participation in said activities, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise.
4. Medical Treatment: You consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during these activities. You understand that you are solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment, medical transportation, and/or evacuation.
5. Fitness to Participate: You acknowledge that you are physically fit and capable of participating in the activities and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
6. Photography Release: You grant permission to Bainbridge Adventures to use your image, likeness, or voice in photographs, videos, or other recordings for promotional purposes without compensation.
7. Governing Law: This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Washington.
8. Severability: If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remainder of this waiver shall continue to be in effect.

Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including the waiver and release of liability. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
